About
White Pine Library Cooperative
The mission of the White Pine Library Cooperative (WPLC) is to coordinate and provide high-quality, cost-effective services that strengthen member libraries to meet changing patron and community needs.
WPLC is organized under Michigan Public Act 89 of 1977, which provides for the establishment of cooperative libraries. WPLC's members include 48 libraries in 59 locations across Arenac, Clinton, Gladwin, Gratiot, Huron, Iosco, Isabella, Missaukee, Ogemaw, Roscommon, Saginaw, Sanilac, and Tuscola counties, serving over 370,000 patrons.
